Emotron FDU 2.0 AC Drive regulates flow and pressure by continuously adapting motor speed. Therer is no wasted energy and no unnecessary wear on equipment. A sleep function further reduces energy consumption by pausing the motor when it is not. An automatic pump rinsing function also increases efficiency. Multiple pump or compressor control is a reliable and cost-efficient method of keeping a constant flow or pressure despite varying demands. Emotron FDU controls up to seven drives.

Operation parameters can be set in your own process units – m3/min, bar, Pascal, Celsius etc. – making monitoring easier and more reliable. The removable control panel has a copy function for transferring settings to other Emotron FDU units. You can switch between local and remote control with the push of a button on the control panel. The built- in programmable logical functions, comparators and timers means that, in many cases, external PLC or relays can be avoided.
